2. Our Services

We provide the following services to businesses:

• Business workflow automation (n8n-based)
• CRM, calendar, and email integrations
• Ongoing maintenance and support packages

3. Engagement & Project Process

• All projects begin with a discovery call or written brief to understand your requirements
• A quote and project scope is shared before work begins
• A setup fee and/or deposit may be required before development starts
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness
• Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges

4. Payments

• Pricing is communicated directly via WhatsApp or written proposal before any work begins
• Setup fees are one-time; monthly maintenance fees (if applicable) are recurring
• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in your proposal
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or chatbot deactivation
• All fees are non-refundable once development work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, content, and access credentials needed for setup (e.g., Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Business API access)
• Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure your use of WhatsApp/Meta platforms complies with Meta's own policies and terms
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we provide

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Meta/WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace, n8n, and Supabase. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers. Your use of WhatsApp Business features is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the chatbot flows, workflows, and custom content built specifically for your business
• We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and proprietary methods used to build your solution
• We may showcase completed (non-confidential) projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing

8. Service Availability & Support

While we strive for high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, as automation systems depend on third-party APIs (Meta, hosting providers, etc.) that are outside our direct control. Support and maintenance terms are outlined in your specific service package.

9. Limitation of Liability

Automyra AI Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel ongoing monthly services with 15 days' written notice
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or misuse of our systems
• Setup fees already paid are non-refundable upon cancellation

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our chatbot or automation systems to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, illegal content, or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. Violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
