REST API, real-time webhooks and API key management, all built into the same dashboard you already use — no separate developer account required.
Every capability in Automyra — conversations, contacts, broadcasts, templates — is reachable through REST endpoints, so you can build your own tools on top of your own data.
Subscribe to real-time events — new messages, delivery status updates, comment replies — and Automyra pushes them to your endpoint the moment they happen.
Generate and manage scoped API keys directly from your Automyra dashboard under Settings — no separate developer portal to sign up for.
Connect Claude or any MCP-compatible AI client directly to your Automyra workspace for intelligent conversation handling and automation.
Officially maintained client libraries for Node, Python and PHP are on our roadmap. Until then, the REST API works with any HTTP client in any language.
A dedicated sandbox environment for testing flows and integrations without touching live conversations is planned for a future release.
No separate developer sign-up — it's all inside your existing dashboard.

Talk to the teamIs there a public API reference I can browse?
Full endpoint-level documentation is rolled out to customers as part of onboarding today. A public, browsable API reference is planned — until then, our team walks you through the exact endpoints you need.
Do I need to be on a specific plan to use the API?
API access, webhooks and API key management are included on every Automyra plan — see Pricing for plan details.
Can I use the API and the dashboard together?
Yes. Everything you do through the API is the same data you see in your dashboard — conversations, contacts and broadcasts stay in sync either way.
Is there a sandbox for testing?
Not yet — it's on our roadmap. In the meantime, we recommend testing with a secondary WhatsApp number before pointing integrations at your main line.
